Features of Horizontal Pallets:
  • Generally made of cast steel for higher stiffness, Impact resistance & longer life.
  • Rotation about vertical axis permits 5 sides access to operator.
  • Design permits lower working heights.
  • Provision for RFID Tag mounting.
  • Rest pads, locating pins on top plate permit easy location, resting of transmission.
  • Kitting can accompany pallet.

  • Compact Design.
  • Best Suited for the smaller Engine with lesser weight.
  • Special Cross roller bearing with gear box  enables effortless rotation of the component.
  • All the 5faces of Engine are available freely for       assembly activities.
  • Pallet & Component both Can be rotated by 3600
  • Pallet is lockable at each working stations.
  • Provision to mount RFID tags.
  • Provision to Kitting Pallet.
